What Is Erased
When deletion succeeds, MemoBILL immediately removes or anonymises:
- Your name, email address, phone, postal address, job title, and avatar.
- Password credentials, linked sign-in providers, active sessions, API keys, and mobile access tokens.
- Personal notification preferences, login history, and user-specific dashboard settings.
- Your membership links to MemoBILL workspaces.
The deleted account cannot be restored or used to sign in again.
Records We May Retain
French tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and audit obligations may require some business records to remain available for a legally prescribed period. Where this applies, MemoBILL keeps them under a pseudonymous technical identifier without your deleted login or profile details.

Workspace Ownership Check
MemoBILL prevents deletion while you are the only owner of an active workspace. This protects the workspace and its regulated financial records from becoming inaccessible.
Transfer ownership to another member or delete the workspace, then return here and repeat the account deletion request.
If You Cannot Sign In
Email [email protected] from the address attached to your account. We will verify your identity before acting on the request and respond within 30 days.
MemoBILL is operated by guysleiman. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, identity documents, or financial attachments in your first email.
